3. Refund Terms: Refunds for the Starter Website package apply solely to the base cost of the website and do not include charges incurred for any other reasons, including but not limited to fees, service or maintenance costs, custom design, custom development, and third-party costs.

4. No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any of our services.

5. Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. In the event of a late refund, we recommend checking with your bank or payment method first.

6. Refund Methods: Refunds may be issued in the form of a check. If deemed appropriate and feasible by DivLabs, refunds may be issued to the original form of payment.

7. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase.

8. Discretionary Refunds: Please note that DivLabs reserves the right to deny refunds at any time and for any reason based solely on our discretion.

Post-Refund Obligations: If a refund is issued by DivLabs, the customer must permanently delete, erase, or destroy all material related to the refunded product provided by DivLabs or any of its associates, partners, third-party affiliates, or contractors. Additionally, in the event of a refund, the license related to the refunded product, and any other licenses granted by DivLabs for the use of the refunded product, shall be nullified and revoked.
